PhilHealth Forgot Password

Password Reset & Account Recovery Guide

Request a password-reset link for your existing account, troubleshoot email or link problems, and find the appropriate assistance if you cannot access your registered email.

Which situation applies to you?

01 · Password reset

I forgot my password

Have your existing PIN and account email ready to request the reset link.

02 · Email or link problem

The reset process is not working

Check the email delivery, link response and message shown when the process stops.

03 · Registered email access

I cannot open my old email

Prepare to ask PhilHealth about account verification and the email details needing review.

Requesting the reset email

Request your password-reset link

Open the official Forgot Password form in a separate tab and complete these entries.

Open official reset form
  1. PhilHealth PIN

Enter your existing PIN carefully. Check it against your membership records.

  2. Account email

Use the email associated with your portal account. Check the complete address for typing errors.

  3. CAPTCHA

Enter the number displayed on the live form. Select Refresh CAPTCHA if you need another code.

  4. Send the request

Select Send and read the response. If the form flags an entry, correct it before trying again.

After submission

If the request is accepted, check your email for the reset link. You will use that link to set a new password; submitting this form does not itself change your password.

After receiving the reset email

Set and confirm your new password

Continue with the reset link sent in response to your request. Follow the instructions displayed on that page.

Open the reset link

Open the email for your reset request and follow its link to the official service. Read any message shown before continuing.

Enter your new password

Follow the password requirements displayed. If a confirmation field is provided, enter the same password again.

Save and check the result

Use the page’s submission control. Read the response and resolve any validation message before assuming the change is complete.

Confirm access with your new password

After the reset is confirmed, return to the Member Portal. Use your new password and check that browser autofill has not inserted the old one.

Reset email missing or link not working?

Choose the situation that matches your screen and check the relevant points below.

01 · Email delivery

The reset email has not arrived

  • Search for PhilHealth in the mailbox you entered. Check Spam or Junk folders.
  • Review the portal’s response. If the request was rejected, resolve the displayed entry problem first.
02 · Link response

The reset link shows an error

  • Read the exact message and open the complete link from the email associated with your latest request.
  • If the page explicitly reports an invalid or expired link, return to the official form to request another.
03 · Page loading

The link does not open properly

  • Check your connection and try opening the link in your regular browser rather than the email app’s viewer.
  • If it still fails, note the error, time and browser used so you can describe the problem when seeking help.

When requesting a replacement link, use the official reset form and check its response before submitting again.
